Why I Am Running
Political Platform, Goals and Focus as
your Sheriff

My political
platform consists of three things, above
and beyond the 6 things that I pledged
to you on the Home page. The first and
most important is the restoration of and
adherence to the Constitution of the
United States. The U. S. Constitution
applies to every human being within the
boundaries of this country and its
territories with the exception of those
that have had their rights restricted
due to criminal activity.
Even those individuals, regardless of
what they have done, retain certain
rights such as the right to due process
and the 8th amendment protection against
cruel and unusual punishment. Across
this Nation, I see the constitution
being ignored and people's rights being
violated on a daily basis.
My goal, as your sheriff, is to ensure
that the constitutions of the United
States and of the state of Arizona are
fully restored and properly protected
and the citizens of Apache county are
afforded the rights they deserve.
The second thing is to eradicate human
trafficking in Apache county. The number
of abductions and the wholesale
trafficking of women and children in
Arizona is appalling. This is
particularly bad on the Navajo Nation.
I intend to immediately create a task
force that will be specifically
responsible for investigating reports of
this abominable activity, which will
include child pornography, and bring
those responsible to justice.
The third is to combat the illegal drug
activity in Apache County. The
manufacture of methamphetamines and
other dangerous substances and the
trafficking of drugs from outside of the
area are of paramount concern.
